Installation
Follow these steps to install, configure, and display your Saski AI chat widget on your WordPress website:

Install the Plugin
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
- Search for Saski AI Integration.
- Click Install Now, then click Activate once the installation is complete.

Access the Plugin Settings
- After activation, a new menu item labeled Saski AI will appear in the WordPress admin sidebar.
- Click on Saski AI to open the plugin settings screen.

Create an Assistant in Saski AI
- Log in to your Saski AI Dashboard at https://saskiai.com.
- Create a new assistant (if you haven’t already) by selecting the assistant type and uploading your knowledge base.
- Once the assistant is created, you’re ready to deploy it to your website.

Go Live with Your Assistant
- In your Saski AI dashboard, go to the Go Live section and locate the Website card.
- Click Publish and:
- Enter your website URL (must match your WordPress site’s domain).
- Select the assistant you want to connect with your site.
- Click Personalize Assistant to customize:
- Heading and subheading text
- Welcome message
- Chat widget icon
- Assistant and user avatars
- Colors for messages, input field, and chat container
- After customizing, click Save and then Publish.

Copy and Paste the Embed Token
- Once published, a Copy Embed Link CTA will appear.
- Copy the token from that embed link.
- Return to your WordPress admin, go to Saski AI plugin settings, and paste the token into the designated field.
- Click Save Configuration.

View the Assistant on Your Website
- After saving the token, the chat assistant will automatically appear on your website.
- You can visit the frontend of your site to see the assistant live and functioning.
- Any changes you make later in the Saski AI Dashboard (such as appearance or messages) will automatically reflect on your site without needing to update the token again.

Where can I find my Saski AI script or token?

Once you create and publish your assistant inside the Saski AI dashboard, go to the Go Live tab and select the Website option.
After entering your website URL and choosing the assistant you want to deploy, you’ll be able to customize its appearance.
Once published, click Copy Embed Link — you can either paste the full script or just the token into the plugin settings in WordPress. -
Do I need to add the full script or just the token?

The plugin accepts either the full embed script or just the widget token. If you paste the full script, the plugin will automatically extract the token for you.

Will this plugin affect my website’s performance?

No. The assistant script is loaded asynchronously from our servers at
app.saskiai.comand does not block page rendering or impact loading speed. -
Can I install more than one assistant?

Currently, the plugin supports one assistant per WordPress site. If you need to deploy multiple assistants on different subdomains or pages, contact our support team to explore advanced options.

Can I customize the appearance of the assistant?

Yes. After you publish your assistant in the Website section of Saski AI, click Personalize Assistant. You can customize:
– Heading, subheading, and welcome message
– Chat icon and avatar images
– Colors for user messages, assistant replies, input fields, and chat bubble styles
All changes take effect immediately after publishing — no need to update the WordPress plugin settings. -
What if I update the assistant in the dashboard later?

Changes made to your assistant in the Saski AI dashboard (content, appearance, behavior) are automatically reflected on your WordPress site — no need to re-paste the token or resave settings.
