I also replied back to the purchase receipt from when i bought this plugin. “Hey man, i bought your WP Importer Pro.. I have all data formatted correctly and tried to import a csv with over 7,000 records. Importer only imported 1,600 lines of data. Big problem. How can this be fixed?” It’s been 5 days so far and i’ve gotten no response. I would not recommend purchasing as you won’t get support and besides that the plugin has serious import limitations and in some other cases it did not import my data at all. Then I upgraded to Wordpress 4.6 (from 4.5.3). Same problem: “Cannot load wp-importer.” Whilst under Wordpress 4.5.3, I couldn’t even deactivate the plugin.
