This is about the Release Candidate version, the final version may be amazing. I purchased SureDash (SD) in November, drawn in by claims and the promise of a powerful community and directory solution for WordPress. It’s now nearly June 2025—over six months later—and what’s actually been delivered is nowhere near what was advertised. The tested version is a pre-release release candidate version, not the 1.0 release, but I honestly think this should never have been put in customer hands in its current state, we basically paid to be guinea pigs. It doesn’t even feel like an alpha release; it feels like the concept wasn’t even fully pencilled out before they started selling. To get core features like events, you’re forced to buy the highest-tier package, with 100 licenses. Yes, it’s a lifetime deal, but locking essential features behind the top paywall is just bad form. This should be standard functionality, not a premium add-on. Not a Solution—Just a Set of Blocks Instead of getting a ready-made solution that “just works,” SureDash offers a collection of blocks that, with luck and lots of manual setup, might let you create something resembling a community. There are no pre-installed setups for common use cases, no out-of-the-box workflows—just raw, unfinished pieces. Lacks Focus and Misses the Mark Everywhere SureDash seems to want to be everything: a community builder, a directory, maybe even an LMS. But it misses the mark in every area. For communities, it lacks basic features. As an LMS, it’s nowhere close. In trying to do everything, it does nothing well. Let me be clear: I wanted SureDash to work. I bought in because I was impressed by SureCart and liked the idea of a unified Sure ecosystem for WordPress. But this release is a mess, and it’s made me lose confidence in the entire Sure suite. After six months of waiting, I’m not just frustrated—I’m questioning my investment. Another major gripe: you don’t get essential controls (like managing free vs. paid areas) without also buying their SureMembers plugin. This functionality is basic and should have been included. False Advertising and Missed Potential I know the 1.0 release isn’t out yet, and my review is based on a pre-release version. But they’re already heavily advertising SD as the answer to multiple use cases—and falling short in all of them. This isn’t just frustration (though I am frustrated); it’s about selling a solution that simply does not exist yet. Final Verdict If you buy a community plugin, it should work out of the box. SureDash does not. It lacks polish, clear direction, and essential features. I regret the purchase, and until they deliver what’s promised, I cannot recommend it.

This is an amazeballs plugin. I almost don’t want to leave a review since it’s going to make our client experiences next level better than most. I’d prefer to keep it a secret. It’s a great tool and they like with all their products are always improving, adding features, listening to their community. Please keep up the great work.
